FRANCISCO LINARES
Francisco started his career as a Financial Advisor with Farmers Insurance in 1984.

In 2004 he became a District Manager, supervising no less than thirty agents. During his 20 year career as an agent his achievements included the following; 7 Presidents’ Council Member, 6 Life Championships, 8 Championships, 17 Topper Clubs, 7 Million Dollar Round Table, 3 time National Life Agent of the Year, 9 Life Round Table, 10 Double All American, 10 Commercial Masters, 10 Life Masters, 10 Commercial Round Table, Blue Base, Blue Max and multiple District Leadership Awards.

Francisco’s area of specialization was Life Insurance and Financial Planning. During his five years as a District Manager, he increased Life production policies by 150% in a district which typically did not write Life Insurance. In addition to the life insurance policies, he also helped achieve improved results on auto, commercial and fire policies as well.

Francisco’s talents are extensive, as he has the power to motivate and encourage other agents with his extensive experience in insurance market. Knowing that he has been able to help thousands of customers with their financial planning has been a rewarded experience for him.

In 2009 Francisco felt the need to expand the product line and become an independent agent. He now represents multiple companies with a wide variety of insurance products to meet every client’s needs.

In early 2011 Linares Insurance teamed up with the Steele Insurance agency and joined forces for bigger production volume. As a result, the Linares Insurance Agency is one of the top producing agencies within the organization. His personal responsibility with the Steele Insurance Inc. organization is that of Regional Manager in charge of recruiting, training and developing agencies in Southern California.

In a 3 year span Linares Insurance has grown its agency force to over 150 agents statewide.

MILAGROS (Millie) 
LINARES AGENCY OWNER:
Millie became licensed in 2004 for Property & Casualty, and Life and Health insurance sales. Prior to getting her license Millie had managed the day to day operations of the Linares Insurance Agency since 1984. Millie continued to manage the agency until April of 2011 when she became the Agency owner.

Since 2011, Millie has helped grow our agency to over 1000 policy holders. We represent multiple companies with a vast amount of insurance products including Life, Auto, Home and Commercial as well as Financial and Specialty products. We specialize on having a product for every client’s need.
LUIS GOMEZ: 
MARKETING SPECIALIST
Luis joined the Linares Insurance Agency in November of 2012. Since then he has assisted hundreds of clients with their insurance needs. Luis is very knowledgeable with all of the products and companies Linares Insurance Agency represents.

Luis’ extensive customer service ability is very professional and personable to our clients.
JULIE GRANT: 
POLICY RETENTION SPECIALIST
Julie Joined the Linares Insurance Agency in early 2013. Her main responsibility in the Agency is policy retention and to make sure that clients are properly covered at all times.

We at the Linares Insurance Agency know and understand the importance of staying properly protected as you never know when coverage might be needed.

Julie’s attention to detail allows her to be the very best at what she does and our agency has a better than 90% customer satisfaction and policy retention because of her ability to make sure that clients are properly covered and satisfied with their policies.
