RV Insurance
For Protection on the Road: RV Insurance

You are a recreational vehicle (RV) owner and you love it — being on the road, setting your own pace, seeing the sights with the people you love. Sometimes you think you are more at home on the road than you are back at the house or apartment. However, the pleasure of traveling with an RV can turn in an instant when an accident happens. Even good RV drivers with perfect driving records can get in a jam with an RV. Its oversized dimensions, uneven weight distribution and limited maneuverability can create unique challenges. A driver can miscalculate the width of your RV and lose control as they pass you. A dog runs out in the middle of the road, and you swerve to avoid hitting it. Can you really afford to not have RV insurance? Protect yourself from the unexpected and drive with assurance. Get coverage for personal injury, vehicle and property damage. Call today for a quote from a Linares Insurance agent.

What coverage is included in my RV insurance package?

Your RV insurance package gives you all the necessary protection you’d want for your RV, in accordance with the rules and regulations of your state, and your preference of coverage options. You basic RV package covers bodily injury, property damage, personal injury protection and medical payments, uninsured and underinsured drivers, comprehensive and collision. Additional options include:

Roadside Assistance

For the help you need when your RV breaks down. Covers towing, changing a flat tire, delivering essential fluids, and getting a locksmith if you’ve locked yourself out!

Emergency Assistance

Adds coverage to your Roadside Assistance, for loss of personal property, the cost of temporary housing expenses and travel costs, should your RV become uninhabitable.

Media and Custom Equipment Protection

Protect your after-purchase, permanently installed media equipment including your stereo system, DVD player and flat-screen TV. Covers permanently installed parts that change the look or performance of your RV, like special carpeting, custom wheels or a custom engine.

Loan or Lease Protection

Covers the difference between how much is left on your loan or lease and how much your RV is actually worth if it’s declared a total loss.

Diminishing Deductible

If you file no claims over a given policy year, we will decrease your collision deductible by $100. For each consecutive year that passes without a claim, you’ll receive another $100, up to a maximum of five years or $500.

Personal Property Coverage

This covers personal belongings that are stolen or get damaged while in your RV.
